I wanted to cite a paper and it is not in MathSciNet. It is a published paper in International Mathematics Research Notices in the year 2018. The MathSciNet citation count has the same problems as the others - the category theory journals are not among those considered to “count”. Presumably MathSciNet uses the same “AMS citation database” that Joachim refers to in his message.
